We are looking for a Designer Intern to support the Social Media team at ITP Media Group with creating and adapting visual assets for social media platforms, YouTube, and digital content needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design social media posts, stories, thumbnails, and basic visual assets.

• Adapt content into different formats and sizes for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, and other platforms.

• Support with YouTube thumbnails and channel visuals.

• Create simple design templates for recurring content.

• Assist with visual concepts for campaigns, shows, and daily social content.

• Organize design files and update approved assets when needed.

• Coordinate with the social media team on daily design requests and content needs.

• Ensure visuals are clean, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar platforms.

• Good eye for layout, typography, and visual consistency.

• Ability to resize and adapt designs for different social media formats.

• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced media environment.

• Motion design or video editing knowledge is a plus.

• Ability to coordinate with the Senior Designer and Social Media Manager on daily content needs.
