Role Overview
The successful candidate will provide high-level executive and administrative support to senior leadership, while also assisting with events, projects, and business initiatives.
The role requires a proactive, adaptable, and highly organised individual who can manage day-to-day priorities, respond to changing business needs, handle confidential information with discretion, and provide reliable support across a variety of ad hoc requests.
Key Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, meetings, agendas, and follow-up actions.
Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, expenses, and confidential documentation.
Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and administrative documents.
Manage CRM updates, records, and general business administration.
Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
Support planning and delivery of events, conferences, and meetings.
Coordinate event logistics including schedules, suppliers, registrations, speakers, and attendee communications.
Support live event delivery and liaise with technical teams to ensure smooth execution.
Maintain event trackers, budgets, invoices, and post-event reporting.
Conduct research and provide ad hoc support as required.

Strong administrative, organisational, and coordination skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Ability to build effective relationships with senior executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Flexible approach with the ability to support occasional events outside normal working hours.
Qualifications / Experience
Minimum High School Diploma / GCSE.
2+ years’ experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Events Coordinator, or similar role.
Experience supporting senior executives and coordinating events is preferred.
