HR Associate
We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and people-focused HR Associate to join our Human Resources team. The HR Associate will support the day-to-day HR function and play an important role in managing the employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding through to employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, and offboarding.
The role requires someone who is highly organized, approachable, and comfortable handling confidential employee information. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and build strong working relationships with employees and management across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR operations and provide support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, contracts, HR systems, and other documentation.
Coordinate the monthly payroll process, including attendance, leave, overtime, deductions, allowances, incentives, and salary changes, and work closely with Finance to ensure accurate and timely payroll.
Manage and monitor attendance, leave, working hours, and employee records, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
Act as a key point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, payroll, benefits, leave, attendance, and general HR queries.
Support employee relations, including handling employee concerns, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues in a professional and confidential manner.
Coordinate employee benefits such as medical insurance, allowances, and other company benefits, including liaising with external providers where required.
Support the performance management process, including probation confirmations, performance reviews, appraisals, promotions, and salary revisions.
Assist with employee onboarding, internal transfers, promotions, and the offboarding/exit process, including documentation and final settlement coordination.
Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, company events, and activities that contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Prepare HR reports and maintain trackers relating to headcount, payroll, attendance, leave, employee movements, and other HR metrics.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated effectively and applied consistently across the organization.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2+ years' of relevant HR experience, preferably in an HR Operations, HR Generalist, or similar role.
Solid understanding of HR processes, payroll coordination, employee relations, attendance, leave management, and HR administration.
Experience working with HR management systems is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees and management.
