We are looking for an Influencer Relationship Intern to join our Dubai team. If you’re passionate about social media, creators, and the business of talent — and you want real, hands-on experience in one of the region’s most active agencies — this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

• Support influencer discovery, research, and outreach across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms

• Help maintain and update our influencer database, including performance metrics, engagement rates, and audience demographics

• Assist in preparing influencer proposals, campaign briefs, and client presentations

• Support the vetting process to ensure creators align with client objectives and brand safety standards

• Assist with contract tracking, deliverable timelines, and campaign coordination

• Contribute to team brainstorms and strategy sessions on influencer content and campaign ideas

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Analytics, Account Management, and Creative teams

• Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and the evolving creator landscape

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine interest in social media, creators, and influencer marketing

• Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail

• Clear written and verbal communication in English

• A proactive, self-starting attitude — someone who takes initiative without waiting to be asked

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with social media analytics tools is a plus

• A collaborative team player who is open to feedback and eager to grow
